Deus Ex: Human Revolution, the mix between action and stealth that was created by Eidos Montreal and published by Square Enix, has managed to take the number one position in the United Kingdom video game chart during its first week on sale.

The first big AAA release of the fall season has managed to end the summer long chart rule of Zumba Fitness, the exercise game from 505 Games, which now sits in second spot but with a sequel in the works some fans might look forward to seeing Zumba Fitness 2 rule the summer of 2012.

Third place in the United Kindom chart has been occupied by Rugby World Cup 2011, another release coming from 505 Games, which did well in the chart during its first week because of the approaching competition that will take place in New Zealand.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, from Disney Interactive Studios, has managed to take four spot in the chart, coming down two places from second, while Call of Duty: Black Ops, the first person shooter from Treyarch and Activision Blizzard, has managed to make an impressive comeback, coming from 18 to fifth in the United Kingdom.

Cars 2, another game based on a movie from Disney, has dropped three places in order to settle in at number six while FIFA 11, from EA Sports, has also seen a decrease in sales, coming down to seventh, probably because of the approaching launch date for this year's installment.

Dirt 3 from Codemasters has stayed put in eight position and the Warner Bros. Interactive made LEGO Harry Potter: Year 1-4 took ninth, powered again by the interest in the last movie of the long running series.

The United Kingdom top ten is closed down by a re-release of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, the action adventure from Ubisoft, for the Xbox 360.
