The update is rolling out OTA to some users in the UK

Even thogh Dell Streak 7 was spotted with Honeycomb on board back in September during IFA 2011 trade fair, in Berlin, the manufacturer stated that the update will be deployed on October 7.

However, it appears that several UK owners of the slate already reported that the upgrade to Honeycomb is now rolling out OTA (over the air).

Dell initially confirmed that Honeycomb will only be available for the Wi-Fi version of the tablet, but the latest reports coming from Streak 7 owners suggest that the update is available for both 3G and Wi-Fi variants of the slate.

Dell is probably testing the Android 3.0 Honeycomb and will continue to push the update to more Streak 7 units if no issues will be reported during the deployment.

Hopefully, the upgrade will be available in other regions as well.
