“It was like coming home again. The truth is out,” Oscar winner Jennifer Tilly says in a new interview with USA Today, confirming older rumors that she’s back on board the “Chucky” franchise. Indeed, Tiffany is back!

Above is the official trailer for “The Curse of Chucky,” the newest installment in the horror movie series, which comes out on DVD and Blu-ray on October 8.

It won’t get a theatrical release but that will not stop diehard horror fans from seeing it.

Tilly, who starred in and voiced Chucky’s lover, doll Tiffany, in two movies, says she was honored to be asked back. A first look at her cameo is included below.

“It was really fun to drag out the push-up bra, the seven-inch heels and put on the blond wig again. Every 10 years or so they let me make another Chucky movie. It's a fantastic moment when Tiffany materializes in the movie,” the actress gushes.

She also offers a bit more details on the killer doll’s new mission and, from what she’s saying, it’s not going to be pretty at all.

“She is helping him in his nefarious ways. There are people he forgot to kill and he's a perfectionist. He will not stop. He's not going to stop painting the Sistine Chapel before he's finished. He's tying up loose ends,” Tilly explains.

I grew up with many of the classic horror movies, and “Chucky.” To this day, he still scares the bejesus out of me but this new installment is one movie I will not miss. What about you?
