14 DAY TRIAL // Not long ago, Christina Aguilera was taken into police custody for being so intoxicated she could hardly stand and couldn’t even remember where she lived, but she’s not letting that put a damper on her partying ways, a new report suggests.
Rumors that Aguilera was having problems keeping her boozing under control have been around for many months, emerging shortly after she filed for divorce from Jordan Bratman.
Though she’s now in a new relationship, with Matt Rutler, and she claims to be happier than ever, the rumors will not go away – especially not when there are pictures available, like the one attached to this article.
Radar Online says Aguilera hit the party circuit hard again and literally had to be carried away from the club to the car when said party was over.
“The Burlesque star looked wasted as she staggered out of The Beverly while being supported by boyfriend Matthew Rutler. With her eyes half-closed and her red lipstick smudged, Aguilera, 30, wobbled in her platform shoes as she was guided carefully to a waiting car,” the publication says.
Not only was her lipstick smudged, but she’d also managed to put some on Matthew’s lips, a minor detail he seemed unaware of as he stepped outside the club, carefully holding Christina’s hand as he escorted her to the car.
“Enjoying a night out with friends at the new trendy nightclub, the couple had been spotted earlier in the evening cuddling and canoodling but Christina appeared to have had one too many cocktails,” Radar says.
“Before Aguilera and her boy toy hit the club, they went for dinner at Osteria Mozza, the same L.A. Italian eatery where they dined and downed drinks on March 1 before Rutler got arrested for DUI and Aguilera was taken in for ‘being severely intoxicated’,” the e-zine adds.
While pictures of Aguilera looking worse for wear have hit the net, reports suggest that friends are again very concerned about her health since not a night goes by with her “nearly fall[ing]-down wasted.”
