Charge Base 2 Brings New Charging Solution for PS3 Controllers

The product will be available to buy starting this December

Nyko Technologies has announced heir new charging solution for PlayStation 3 controllers, named Charge Base 2. This one will make your life easier and will allow you to keep both the Dual Shock 3 and SIXAXIS controllers organized and

charged.

Nyko's Charge Base 2 is said to rapidly charge two PS3 controllers simultaneously, while providing a visually appealing storage option and a faster recharge rate via any AC outlet. It also comes with easier to read charge indications and a totally new contact point dongle system that makes charging your controllers easier than before.

Each Charge Base 2 comes with two lightweight Mini USB charge adapters that attach to the controller and allow for easy drop and charge functionality. And, atop of that, it looks really great, too, having some kind of a futuristic design that makes it resemble a spaceship. Just makes you wonder if you can't just grab it and play the games with it.

Here are the official words about it: "The original Charge Base for PS3 was well received thanks to its quick charging and storage abilities" said Chris Arbogast, Marketing Manager for Nyko. "Being committed to constantly improving our products has enabled us to design a smaller solution that is easier to use and available at a lower price.", he added.

This new charging system for the Playstation 3 will be available this month in game shops and at Nyko's online store. The price will be $29.99 and it already looks like something the gamers should get to be sure they'll always have a fully charged controller to play with.

Nyko is a company specialized in interactive entertainment, computing, consumer electronics, portable audio, as well as online and wireless technologies. It has a nice design team, too, judging from the way Charge Base 2 looks like. So keep your eyes open, it will be soon available to purchase.
