Canadian mobile phone maker Research In Motion is expected to come to the market during the ongoing year with a nice range of new BlackBerry devices, including some that would pack CDMA connectivity, and some more info on these handset emerged into the wild.

Among the leaked code names, some of which might have emerged into the wild before, we can count Montana, Monaco, Sedona, Malibu, which should be included in the various BlackBerry series RIM has put on shelves.

For example, the Montana is supposed to be the CDMA version of Dakota, which might be released on shelves as the Bold Touch, while the Monaco would arrive as the new Storm. Moreover, there is the Sedona, which was rumored not too long ago to be on its way to become the next-gen Curve.

The info on these devices emerged over at CrackBerry, which managed to get hold of RIM's entire CDMA roadmap for the ongoing year.

The said Montana, Bold Touch, should arrive on shelves with the popular QWERTY keyboard of all Bold devices, to which RIM would add a touchscreen display, something that was rumored to happen since a few years ago.

Monaco would be the previously rumored Storm 3 smartphone, set to arrive on shelves with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor inside, complemented by a 3.7-inch display that can deliver a WVGA resolution, and by a 5 megapixel photo snapper with HD video recording.

Another device present on the roadmap would be the BlackBerry Curve device codenamed Sedona, which emerged into the wild not too long ago with NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities on board.

One other handset present on the list, which might actually arrive on shelves in early 2012, and not during the ongoing year, would be the Curve Touch, codenamed Malibu, which should pack similar capabilities as Monaco, though lower hardware specifications.

The BlackBerry PlayBook is also listed on the roadmap, most probably since it is on its way to arrive on shelves in the United States with WiMAX connectivity on the airwaves of Sprint during the second quarter of the ongoing year.
