As we informed you a couple of days ago, Britney Spears is preparing to take the airwaves by storm again with the release of yet another single. As she’s doing so, she’s also busily shooting for a video for “Radar,” while she’s taking a short break from her ongoing – and highly successful – Circus tour, Radar Online informs.

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton reports he spotted Britney in Los Angeles shooting scenes for the video in an outfit that positively screamed Audrey Hepburn glamour and style. Photos of the star show her in a black and white dress with a huge black ribbon in front, matching oversized hat and black gloves, apparently attending what looks like a fancy garden party – just so that fans can get a vague idea about what the video might be about.

Radar Online, on the other hand, also comes with some useful bit of information on the location of the video, adding that the shoot itself should take no more than a couple of days. Moreover, Britney has brought her two sons along to keep her company and, at the same time, make the most of the time they get to spend together – since Spears resumes the tour next week and will be away at rehearsals and concerts quite a lot.

“Britney Spears headed up the road this morning from L.A. to the Bacara Resort & Spa just north of Santa Barbara where she’s shooting the video for her next single, the fabulously titled ‘Radar.’ It’s a two day shoot that involves almost 100 people including dancers, the camera crew and security. Brit even brought her kids Preston and Jayden with her.” Radar says.

When Britney announced that she would be “dusting off” and releasing “Radar’ as a single, speculation as to why she might have made this decision immediately started to circulate. As fans know, Britney’s current album, the one she’s promoting with the tour, is “Circus” and “Radar” is off “Blackout,” that she released before that. Music insiders believe that the star is using her newly re-conquered fame to draw attention to “Blackout” again since this was a project that was never properly promoted, therefore it was heavily ridiculed in the media on this account.
