Most of these films often fail to impress fans or critics, but that is clearly not the case of “The A-Team” remake, scheduled for release in June 2010. Now, fans get their first look at one of the most anticipated movies of 2010, as ReelEmpire can confirm.
Starring heavy names like Bradley Cooper, Liam Neeson and Jessica Biel, the film is a remake of the old “A-Team” that was once extremely popular with fans of the action genre. It is directed by Joe Carnahan, on a screenplay by Michael Brandt on Stephen J. Cannell’s characters, and a mere look at the trailer embedded below suffice to show why this one particular film is on fans and critics’ list of most anticipated releases of this year.
“First ‘A-Team’ trailer has arrived. Finally, after a seemingly endless wait, 20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for their highly anticipated remake to the ‘80s series ‘The A-Team.’ The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters June 11, 2010 and stars Bradley Cooper, Liam Neeson, Sharlto Copley, Jessica Biel, Patrick Wilson and Brian Bloom. The trailer looks extremely action-packed,” the aforementioned movie-oriented publication says of the trailer.
“In the picture, a group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed,” ReelEmpire says of the synopsis. Explosions, plenty of humor and even more macho-type behavior will certainly make this film just perfect for the young male demographic, other media outlets say based on this first trailer. Of course, fans are in perfect agreement.
