14 DAY TRIAL // Probably all you Xbox 360 owners know what Blue Dragon is. Yap, you guessed it, is the very much awaited RPG from Microsoft Game Studios.
Shueisha reports that after Blue Dragon the game was turned into an anime series, it will now suffer another transformation, namely it will also be turned into a series of comic books (manga). This new manga will be called Blue Dragon RT. The Blue Dragon drawings will be made by Ami Shibata, also responsible for Nangoku Shounen Papuwa-kun (whatever that means) and Freeman Hero.
In order for the game to be developed, Final Fantasy and Z/Dragon Quest developers, Hironobu Sakaguchi and Akira Toriyana, joined forces. I bet that Blue Dragon will be an awesome game. It will be launched in Japan on December 7, and nobody knows exactly when we will get to see a North American release.
Blue Dragon pre-orders were launched quite some time ago, and the retailers who were taking pre-orders for this RPG registered quite a lot of success. The pre-orders skyrocketed from day one, due to an Xbox 360 bundle offer by Microsoft. The whole package included an Xbox 360 Core System and a Blue Dragon video game for US$ 250.
