Delayed last week, TELUS BlackBerry Torch 9860 has just hit shelves for $99.99 with a new three-year agreement.

The all-touch BlackBerry Torch 9860 features the largest touchscreen display ever embedded into a BlackBerry smartphone.

With the addition of the Torch 9860 to its portfolio TELUS is now offering all three BlackBerry 7 smartphones announced at the beginning of the month.

BlackBerry Torch 9810 and Bold 9900 are also available from TELUS, both available for the same $99.99 price tag with a new three-year agreement.

The phone comes with a brilliant 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 16 million colors and 480 x 800 pixels resolution.

Optical trackpad, proximity sensor for auto-turn off, and accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate are included as well, along with a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, image stabilization, face detection and 720p HD video recording capabilities.

With Blackberry 7 OS and Liquid Graphics on board, users are provided with a rich multi-media and vivid gaming experience. In this regard, the handset features a built-in digital compass and Open GL for improved gaming.

In addition, Torch 9860 comes bundled with an improved browser, allowing for faster web browsing.

Furthermore, the smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor and packs 8 GB of internal storage, 768 MB RAM, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

The Torch 9860 offers users the full array of connectivity options, including: Push Email, GPS with A-GPS support (BlackBerry maps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP support.

Customers who want to commit to a short term contract can purchase TELUS Torch 9860 for $449.99 on a 2-year term or $499.99 on a 1 year term. The no-contract price tag for the smartphone is $549.99.
