Canadian mobile phone maker Research In Motion announced not too long ago the launch of new handsets, among which we spotted the BlackBerry Pearl 3G, which should land on the market in two versions, namely Pearl 9100 and Pearl 9105. Today, we learn that the latter will become available for purchase in the UK via Vodafone in the near future, as the carrier already lists it on its website in the “coming soon” section.

BlackBerry fans in the UK should have the possibility to enjoy the capabilities of the new BlackBerry Pearl 9105 pretty soon, and they can already register with Vodafone for updates on the matter. However, no specific details on when the handset might be launched on the carrier's airwaves were unveiled, nor on the price tag that it might feature.

“Say goodbye to checking email - and hello to getting it sent straight to you. This is email the BlackBerry way. Going online with the Pearl 3G is just as effortless. Connect fast - then go from site to site at speed. And with fewer keys, staying in control is simplicity itself. If you're into apps, choose from hundreds at BlackBerry App World. You'll find everything from ones that give you the latest sports results and local weather to social network favorites like Twitter and Facebook,” Vodafone notes on its website.

The new BlackBerry Pearl 9105 lands on shelves with a keyboard that sports 14 keys, a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper with auto focus and flash, 256MB of internal memory, coupled with a memory card slot for additional storage space, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, HSDPA connectivity, built-in GPS navigation, MP3 player, FM radio, dedicated media keys, support for SMS, MMS, IM and email, Internet browsing, and more. The handset measures 108 x 50 x 13.3 mm and weighs in at 93g. Those interested in learning more on the phone's arrival at Vodafone UK should head over to the carrier's website here.
