Canadian mobile phone maker Research In Motion has been long rumored to plan the launch of a flurry of new devices running under the recently unveiled BlackBerry OS 7, and two of the rumored handsets, namely the BlackBerry Bold 9930 and Torch 9850, have just made another appearance into the wild.

The two handsets were spotted in the CelleBrite system at wireless carrier Sprint, something that points at a near unveiling, rumor has it.

Previous rumors suggested that RIM might have both phones unveiled during the BlackBerry World, but the handset vendor launched only the BlackBerry Bold 9900 / 9930.

The BlackBerry Bold 9930 comes with the same specs as the Bold 9900, including the touchscreen display and the QWERTY keyboard on the front, but with support for CDMA networks packed inside.

As for the BlackBerry Torch 9850, it is the one and the same BlackBerry Monaco touch-enabled device that emerged previously into the wild.

Both the BlackBerry Bold 9930 and the Torch 9850 were previously seen in leaked screenshots of Sprint's roadmap, and their appearance in the carrier's CelleBrite system confirms that it should not be too long before they go official.

CelleBrite offers the possibility to easily transfer contacts from a mobile phone to another, and various carriers in the United States use it to set up new handsets for their customers.

Sprint too uses the collaborative POS system, and the fact that it added the two handsets in CelleBrite shows that it is gearing up for offering customers the possibility to easily transfer their contacts from an older device to one of the two new ones.

BlackBerry Torch 9850 was rumored not too long ago to be set to land at Sprint sometime in late August, and the BlackBerry Bold 9930 might be released during the same months as well.

According to the guys over at CrackBerry, it might not be too long before that changes, although nothing has been confirmed on the matter so far.
