Zain in Jordan, part of the Zain group, EMS and Research In Motion announced the immediate launch of the Wi-Fi enabled BlackBerry Curve 8320 smartphone in Jordan.

The BlackBerry Curve 8320, with its elegant design and powerful mix of features, is as perfect for staying close to friends and family as it is for a busy day at work. It features RIM's smallest full-QWERTY BlackBerry smartphone design and comes in a stylish, gold colored finish. It also features a 2 megapixel camera, music and video player, a 3.5mm stereo headset jack and a microSD/SDHC card slot for expandable memory storage.

The quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE-enabled BlackBerry Curve 8320 smartphone has renowned BlackBerry smartphone features including "push" email, phone, web browser, text messaging, MMS, Instant Messaging, organiser and access to other mobile applications. Through its built-in Wi-Fi, the BlackBerry Curve 8320 can also gain extended data coverage over corporate campus Wi-Fi networks, home networks and hotspots, with the ability to seamlessly switch between Wi-Fi and GSM data networks.

BlackBerry Curve 8320 smartphone from Zain measures only 107mm x 60mm x 15.5mm and weighs approximately 111g (including battery). Other features include: large, ultra-bright 320 x 240 pixels color display for vibrant imagery, high-performance HTML browser for visiting favorite Websites while on the go, BlackBerry Enterprise Server support, that tightly integrates with IBM Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise, and features IT policy controls for IT departments to manage usage and deployments.

The BlackBerry Internet Service support allows access to up to 10 supported email accounts, including most popular ISP email accounts such as Yahoo! Mail and Gmail.
