In February this year, Arnold Schwarzenegger announced that he’d be eyeing a comeback to movie-making, since he was done with politics. At the time, he revealed he had 3 projects in the pipeline – turns out it’s more like 15.

The former Governor of California was speaking at the Arnold Seminar the other day when, inevitably, the question of his comeback to movies came up.

It appears that industry people are just as interested as his fans are to see him back in the game, so much so that he’s been bombarded with offers from all over the place, MovieFone writes.

Some of these are for remakes of his films, but there are also those for original ideas. No word yet on which one Arnold settled.

“Well, first of all it’s more 15 films, obvious ones from The Terminator to remakes of Predator and The Running Man and all of those things,” Arnold told fans when asked about the projects he was working on.

Whichever of these offers he may take, one thing is certain: Schwarzenegger is also looking to doing his own thing, as he eagerly told fans, albeit while refusing to shed more light on the matter.

“Then also a lot of original stuff too. But I am also packaging a Comic Book character right now. I’m going to announce that sometime by the end of March or the beginning of April,” he said.

MovieFone notes that choosing one film now for the comeback must come with a lot of pressure for Arnold, especially since his age narrows down his choices.

“We do find it interesting that he’s being offered remakes for ‘Predator’ and ‘The Running Man,’ especially since he’s a bit too old to star in either film as the character he once portrayed. Also kinda revealing to see that they’ve already gone to him for a role in a new ‘Terminator’ movie,” the movie-oriented publication says.

Unfortunately, fans who have loved Sylvester Stallone’s “Expendables” and hoping to see Arnold get more screen time in the upcoming sequel, will note with some disappointment that this film is not even mentioned.
