14 DAY TRIAL // Reports on the state of affairs between Angelina Jolie and partner Brad Pitt make the headlines on a regular basis, with either rumors about yet another pregnancy or an imminent split being the most circulated. This week, Star magazine and InTouch have both in common the cover story that the affair between Hollywood’s hottest mom and one of the most handsome actors to ever grace the big screen has come to an end, as CeleBuzz informs.
According to the e-zine, Star is sticking to its story of last week, which had it that Angelina threw a mad jealousy fit when she came into a room and found Brad with their nanny in a more affectionate posture than she was willing to accept. Apparently, she is still not over that scene, and has already asked Brad to sleep on the couch until she can come up with a solution to the problem – reportedly by asking him to move out of the house altogether.
InTouch, on the other hand, says that the root of all trouble is Brad himself, who simply cannot understand how Angelina agreed to do “Salt,” in which she plays a double agent, leaving him at home to take care of the children. Moreover, the tab says, Pitt is also enraged by the determination with which Angelina will not see things his way, at least partially. “Will you please respect the fact that I am working right now?” Angelina reportedly told Brad over the phone, when he called her on set.
Jolie’s brother, James Haven, was even summoned to their home to see whether he could help the two reconcile, the same tab claims. However, seeing Brad and Angelina together and happy again is the last thing that Haven wants so, instead of making things better between the two, this only poured more fuel on the explosive situation. Things are tense in the Pitt-Jolie household right now, both magazines agree, and the two stars are now sleeping in separate bedrooms, trying to come up with ways to make the split less hard on the kids whose custody they share.
