Amy Winehouse Is Probably Pregnant

A little over a month ago, Amy Winehouse’s father confirmed for the British media that, indeed, the singer had moved on from the troubled and unhealthy relationship with her ex, Blake Fielder-Civil, and was seeing filmmaker Reg Traviss. At one point, Traviss was even believed to have managed to get Amy back in rehab – that serious were things between them. Today, Starpulse is reporting the singer may be pregnant.

Nothing official in this sense has been announced but, judging by the latest photos with Amy, she certainly seems to be sporting a baby bump, the aforementioned e-zine says. Dressed in a pink swimsuit, hotpants and her favorite ballerina shoes, Winehouse went out with Nas to celebrate a friend’s birthday – and rocked a protruding tummy. Since Amy is very thin and has never been seen with such a bulge, it could very well be that she’s with child, Starpulse believes.

“Amy Winehouse wore a pink swimsuit with denim hotpants during a night out at Kyashii club in London on Wednesday night after dinner with a friend and a trip to a Soho shop. Looks like she might be pregnant – either that or she has a serious pot belly. What do you think?” the e-zine writes. The theory that she may have what is commonly known as a “beer gut” is just as good a guess as being pregnant is, word in the blogosphere has it. In fact, the latter may actually apply, since Winehouse clearly seemed under the influence when these photos were taken and she was also smoking.

“Amy joined reggae singer Damian Marley and rapper Nas for the evening to celebrate Damian’s birthday. The trio partied well into the night at the London sushi hotspot before moving on to the Runway club, around the corner, before returning to Kyashii to carry on partying until almost 5 a.m. We hope she’s not partying too hard if she’s expecting!” Starpulse further writes.

Despite the aforementioned rumor that Traviss managed to convince Amy to go to rehab to try and kick her alcohol addiction once more, the photos taken the other night seem to show that the exact opposite of that is true. If anything, for the past couple of weeks, the singer has been regularly spotted hitting the bars and pubs around London. Sadly, during the day she’s not working on new music either, producer Mark Ronson told the media a short while ago.
