Earlier this month, the Czech Republic's Prague Zoo announced that it had recently become home to a three adorable Amur leopard cubs.

As reported at that time, the cubs were born to a 3-year-old female named Khanka, and a 4-year-old male named Kirin.

Recent news on the topic says that, although Kirin is not exactly father of the year, Khanka is doing a great job looking after its offspring.

Thus, Prague Zoo employees say that the three kittens are thriving under their mom's watch, and are now considerably stronger and way more confident than they used to be during their first few days of life.

According to Zoo Born, the three Amur leopard cubs, one of which is black due to a genetic mutation, spend most of their time climbing, playing, and exploring the enclosure that they share with their mom.

They are nonetheless also busy trying to figure out what it means to be a leopard by closely observing their mom and imitating the latter's behavior, the same source tells us.

The three cubs have not yet made their public debut, but keepers say that it will probably not be long until they are finally moved into an enclosure where visitors to the zoo can see them.
