14 DAY TRIAL // A new software update is currently being pushed to the Windows Phone 8X by HTC smartphones on the network of wireless carrier AT&T, with a series of small enhancements and other improvements packed inside.
According to WPCentral, HTC 8X users will see OS flavor 8.0.10211.204 loaded on their devices after the update, as well as firmware version 1532.20.20100.502.
The update should be installed on devices within a few minutes, but the enhancements packed inside it are not as obvious as one might have wanted them to be.
However, the smartphone should deliver a better experience to its users after being updated to the new software release, just as it happened with the Verizon flavor not long ago.
Users should receive a notification on the availability of the new software, but they will be able to check for it manually as well, straight from the smartphone.
