Get it on Steam

I've already told you that Steam is Valve's way of taking over the gaming world first, and of the real world after that. How else could you explain the fact that they are putting up a little thing called the "Eidos Everything Pack" which is clearly designed to make gamers fall in love with Steam and then accept all the commands it beams down while you are getting the excellent gaming package that only costs 99.99 dollars.

Here's a rundown of the games you get with the pack. There are twenty individual games and some real gems in there. The entire Commandos series makes an appearance, with its challenging and interesting take on World War II. If you ever ducked floodlights while searching for the perfect victim for a Spy attack or ever wondered how those Nazi buildings hold so many troops in such tight spaces, these are the games for you. I very fondly remember playing them a while back and, although at times hard, I found them to be very cool games.

The package also contains one of the best games of all times when it comes to shooter and role playing mash ups, the unforgettable Deus Ex, one of those games that manages to mix conspiracy, stealth, bots, augmentations and EMP grenades in the most fortunate of manners. Add such characters as Gunther "Laputan machine" Hermann and the AI Helios and you get one of the best examples of games that blur the lines between genres. You also get the less acclaimed but still solid sequel, called Invisible War.

There are other notable names in the "Eidos Everything Pack" as well. You get Tomb Raider: Legend, Project Snowblind, the Hitman series, which can be a blast if you have a thing for stealthy assassinations, Kane and Lynch: Dead Men, with its interesting multiplayer modes, and Thief: Deadly Shadows.

It's all great value for money at the price listed, of just 99.99 dollars, as the individual games would push the price closer to 400 dollars.
