If you didn’t give Overwatch a try until now, you can now give it a shot until May 29th, for free, on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Overwatch slowly became one of the main online multiplayer games on the market, even if it had a bumpy start. Truth be told, it’s been around for a quite a while now, and Blizzard had done a great deal to improve it.

The company also managed to keep away from all those loot-boxes scandals, even if they have items that are called just like that. It helped that pretty much everything that you win in the game doesn’t have any bearing on how good you are.

Yet another free weekend

Like many other online titles, Overwatch is free, from time to time. And not just a slimmed down version of the game, but the entire roster. The fact that it’s available on all platforms is important as well.

“During the Free Weekend, we're making Overwatch's full roster of 27 heroes and 18 maps available for play in a variety of modes, including Quick Play, Custom Games, and the Arcade. Players will also be able to level up, earn loot boxes, and unlock a variety of different customization options,” says Blizzard.

Furthermore, if you happen to buy the game after this free weekend, all the progress that you’ve made will be kept, no matter the platform you’ve been using. Also, if you’re a PlayStation 4 user, you should know that you won’t need PlayStation Plus subscription to play it, although it’s going to be required after the free weekend has ended.

Overwatch is available now on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The free weekend is scheduled to end on May 29th.
