HP might have made a lot of changes to its webOS roadmap for the future, but it appears that the company is still committed to providing users with a great experience on existing devices.

Thus, it has decided to push out a new software update to HP Pre3 owners, namely webOS 2.2.4, which brings along a "variety of software improvements," it seems.

The new OS flavor is currently being delivered to all Pre3 owners in Europe, as well as to those who are on the networks of AT&T and Verizon in the US.

The OTA upgrade arrives shortly after the release of the webOS 2.2.4 Doctor for the Pre3, which enables users save/restore settings and the like, in case the handset needs an OS reinstall.

The webOS 2.2.4 Doctor is available for AT&T and Verizon Pre3 users, respectively.
