For the first time since the beginning of the year, we have a pretty crowded month when it comes to big releases. If you love shooters, then March might be your favorite month of the year, but the same can be said about those who prefer souls-like games or JRPGs.

Anyway, next month debuts in full force with Ubisoft's major The Division 2 expansion – Warlords of New York, which comes along with a big free update that changes some of the game's RPG elements and adds some tweaks and improvement. The next The Division 2 expansion will be launched across all platforms on March 3.

On the same day, a smaller but very interesting title, Curse of the Dead Gods, a mix of Darkest Dungeon and Hades, will enter Steam Early Access. If you own a Nintendo Switch, you'll be able to play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX starting March 6.

One other indie game releases on March 6 too – Yes, Your Grace, followed by Microsoft's artsy Ori and the Will of the Wisps platformers on March 11, which will be available on PC and Xbox One. If you have a Game Pass subscription, you'll get this one for free.

Another big release, Nioh 2 drops on PlayStation 4 on March 13, along with My Hero One’s Justice 2 (PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch). La Mulana 1 & 2: Hidden Treasures Edition (PS4, Xbox One, Switch) arrives on March 17, while Animal Crossing: New Horizons releases on March 20.

Doom fans will be able to play the next chapter in id Software's demonic saga on March 20 across all platforms. Valve's first single-player experience in a while, Half-Life: Alyx will be available for PC VR on March 23. Moons of Madness, the adventure horror game that made its debut on PC last year will be coming to consoles on March 24.

Makers of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice are back with a completely different type of game – Bleeding Edge is a multiplayer in the same vein as Overwatch. It comes out on PC and Xbox One on March 24.

Deep Silver publisher announced that Saints Row 4: Re-Elected will be coming to Switch on March 27, while JRPG fans will be able to play One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 and Personal 5 Royal Persona 5 Royal starting March 27 and March 31, respectively.

The month ends with Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord which will enter Steam Early Access on March 31, and the full launch of The Complex on the same day.
