14 DAY TRIAL // The list of celebrities that are getting hacked as part of what it slowly turns out to be a new episode of the Fappening saga is continuously growing, and today we can add two more stars whose X-rated photos ended up online.
Singer and former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson have both been targeted by hackers who managed to breach their accounts and steal pics. Neither of them commented on the hack, and it’s not clear just yet if they are willing to take legal action against websites publishing the photos, but more information in this regard is expected shortly.
In some of the pictures, Dakota Johnson is seen naked in the shower with who appears to be actress Addison Timlin, as well as by a pool with several female friends. Nicole Scherzinger is pictured on a beach, as well as in what seems to be her bed.
More celebrities hacked this week
While this is clearly a massive violation of privacy that could send the hackers behind bars, the leak has most likely taken place via a breach of iCloud accounts, just like it was the case of the original Fappening saga that happened in 2014.
At that point, a hacker managed to break into the iClouds of several celebrities and access their photo galleries, stealing and posting online a massive collection of pictures, many of them including explicit content. The hacked celebrities include Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Hudson, Kate Upton, and many others.
This week, however, a new batch of photos was posted online, with celebrities like Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn, Katharine McPhee, and Miley Cyrus among those whose X-rated images were leaked.
In several cases, the celebs threatened websites with lawsuits and required the photos to be taken down, but fighting against the WWW has always been impossible and most of the images are reposted elsewhere after being removed following a takedown notice.
