Telegram really can’t stop rolling out major updates for its mobile apps, and this time, the company has included no more, no less than 10 new features.

The app is getting a profile picture package, which essentially allows any user to turn a sticker or an animated emoji into a profile picture. This feature is also available for those who didn’t pay for Telegram Premium.

On the other hand, those who do pay are being provided with an option to translate entire chats, a feature that really comes in handy in groups where each user can now chat in their own language.

The new update also includes categories for stickers and emoji to make reactions more straightforward, as well as more information on the network usage, with detailed pie charts for Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Telegram is also getting an option to automatically save incoming media.

“You can control when media is saved automatically to your gallery based on its size, type and which chat it was received from. This menu now also supports exceptions, so you can only save exactly what you want. With Telegram, there's no need to store everything on your device. Media and documents can be removed from your phone's storage and re-downloaded from your Telegram cloud at any time,” the parent company explains.

Furthermore, the update comes with granular media permissions, chat selection for bots, re-login support for Apple and Google IDs, as well as new interactive emoji.

“Logged out users can quickly log back in using their Apple or Google ID without entering an SMS code. If you have a 2-Step Verification password set, you'll still need to enter it. No update is complete without 10 new packs of custom emoji from Telegram artists. This time we've included several hundred icons specially designed for group and profile pictures,” the changelog reads.

The new version of Telegram is already available for download from the App Store and the Play store.
