New earbuds coming from the South Korean company

Samsung has prepared a full army of devices for 2021, and in addition to new foldable smartphones, the Galaxy S21, possibly the last Galaxy Note, and other smartphones in the low-end and mid-range categories, the company is also working on new earbuds.

And these earbuds could be none other than the highly anticipated Galaxy Buds Pro, which according to an FCC filing are all but confirmed now.

Of course, it’s too early to discuss the capabilities of these new earbuds, but given the current trends in this market, it’s not difficult to see where Samsung is aiming with this new product.

Most likely, active noise cancellation will be one of the highlights, and the Galaxy Buds Pro could also come with an improved design to make them more comfortable overall.

Debut in mid-January

According to a report from SamMobile, these could launch alongside the Galaxy S21 in January, so they should be here in less than two months.

The Galaxy S21 is projected to land earlier than usual, as Samsung wants to move the release date from February to January and thus give the device one extra month on the market. If the information that has been making the headlines lately is accurate, then an official announcement is due in mid-January, while the device is projected to hit the shelves later the same month.

The same for the new earbuds too, so if we’re lucky, we should be able to try out the Galaxy Buds Pro in approximately two months.

At this point, however, it’s important to keep in mind everything is still in the rumor stage, so take everything with a healthy dose of skepticism. It won’t take long until more information on this new product makes the headlines, especially since the launch is just around the corner.
