14 DAY TRIAL // Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S10 flagship will be available in a total of six different colors, including variants that were available in the past, like green.
This is according to information shared by leakster @OnLeaks, who has a good track on mobile scoops.
Earlier this year, @OnLeaks said Samsung considered nine different color options for the Galaxy S10, including a new gradient version, but as it turns out, the plan has changed.
As a result, the device will be available in black, grey, blue, red, green, and yellow, according to a new tweet. These are the “final” color options that Samsung picked for the new flagship, he says.
The number of color options for the Galaxy S10 shouldn’t be surprising by any means, as the Galaxy S9 is already available in six colors, namely black, grey, blue, red, purple, and gold, but on the other hand, the good news here is that Samsung is planning some new versions too.
Three Galaxy S10 models launching next year
The yellow and green Galaxy S10 models could be the ones getting most of the attention, though it’s expected that they would feature more exquisite touches and finishes as flagship phone makers have gotten us used to in the last couple of years.
There’s also a chance that some of these colors may be exclusive to certain Galaxy S10 configurations. Rumor has it the company would debut three different Galaxy S10 models, one of which would be a more affordable version coming with features like a 5.8-inch screen, a single- or dual-lens camera, and a fingerprint sensor on the back.
Upgraded models could sport triple-camera setups, a sensor embedded into the glass, and other premium features to set them apart from the rest of the lineup.
The Galaxy S10 is projected to go live in the first quarter of 2019, and people familiar with the matter said an official announcement could land in late January or early February. Sales would kick off a couple of weeks after the public unveiling.
