Even though the unveiling of the Note 9 is just around the corner, the Galaxy S10 is the model that’s generating way more buzz in the Samsung world, especially thanks to all the rumors pointing to a massive upgrade planned by the South Korean firm.

A concept published recently imagines what all these changes would look like on the Galaxy S10, suggesting that Samsung’s next flagship would be a substantial overhaul of the current model.

First and foremost, the concept imagines two different models, the bigger of which would feature a triple-camera configuration for more advanced camera capabilities. This is believed to be a feature exclusive to the Galaxy S10+, while the standard model would only be equipped with a dual-camera system.

Nearly invisible bezels

Furthermore, the bezels would be significantly reduced for bigger screen estate, and truth be told, this is a direction that Samsung is indeed expected to embrace on the next-generation smartphones.

A fingerprint sensor integrated into the display is also likely and imagined in this concept. Such an approach has been rumored for a long time, but until now, neither Samsung nor Apple managed to get a fully reliable implementation that would be ready for mass production. The South Korean firm could release it on the Galaxy S10, which means that the back of the phone would be only used for cameras and the flash.

The headphone jack is still there, only that in this concept it was moved at the top in a less convenient place than on the current Galaxy S9.

The Galaxy S10 is projected to launch in early 2019, and multiple sources with knowledge of the matter indicated that Samsung could release it as soon as January.

The lineup may eventually include a third model that could replace the Note brand altogether and feature S Pen support, as Samsung is reportedly interested in mixing the two series for a simplified flagship product portfolio.
