Three cameras on the back, one centered selfie hole

Galaxy Note 10 is the next big release on Samsung’s roadmap, and since we’re only some two months away from its rumored launch date, there’s a lot of speculation on this model online.

High-resolution renders published by 91Mobiles and reliable serial leaker @OnLeaks provide us with a closer look at this upcoming Samsung flagship, while also confirming some of the details we’re heard about before from other unofficial channels.

First and foremost, the biggest change you’re going to notice when looking at the Note 10 from the front is the centered punch-hole camera. Samsung will use the same approach as on the Galaxy S10, so it’ll drill holes in the screen of the device to avoid using a notch for front-facing components.

But as compared to the S10, the camera hole won’t be placed in the top right corner, but exactly in the middle, which should technically make it less intrusive, but also easier to handle from a software perspective.

The fingerprint sensor will also be embedded into the glass a la Galaxy S10, and because it’s a flagship we’re talking about here, Samsung will almost certainly use an ultrasonic reader.

Buh-bye, headphone jack!

Moving on to the back of the phone, the biggest change is the vertical camera layout inspired from the iPhone X. Galaxy Note 10 could come with a trio of cameras, including a primary 12-megapixel sensor, a secondary sensor with the same resolution and 2x telephoto zoom, plus a 16-megapixel super-wide-angle sensor.

The aforementioned sources claim the Note 10 will feature a 6.3-inch curved AMOLED screen, but as per some older rumors, a Note 10 Pro version is also likely with a larger display.

Other notable changes on the Note 10 include the removal of the headphone jack, so you’ll need either wireless headphones or wired ones with an USB-C connector, and up to 12GB RAM on the top-of-the-range configuration.

The Note 10 is likely to see daylight in late August, while shipments should kick off in early September.
