The launch date could be a lot closer than anticipated

New details have surfaced about the elusive Samsung Galaxy M30s, a refreshed version of the M30 launch back in March 2019.

Everyone talks about leaks about high-end devices and people seem to be interested in phones that break the budget. But there’s a slew of phones out there that can bring some valuable features to the masses and which deserver the same kind of attention.

One of those phones is the Samsung Galaxy M30, which was released back in March 2019. Samsung is preparing to refresh that model by making a few changes. Since this is what people might call a budget phone, you would think that whatever changes are coming they can’t be that impressive. You would be wrong.

A battery anyone would want

The TechnicalGuruji YouTuber unveiled a teaser for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M30s, which hints at a 6,000 mAh battery. That’s a lot, by anyone’s standards, and it makes you wonder why Samsung is not doing this with all of its phones.

It’s unclear whether the phone will also feature fast-charging, which would be a nice bonus, but that’s usually reserved for high-end devices.

To finish the portrait for this unexpected phone, the guys at SamMobile managed to confirm all of the hardware specs. It’s nothing out of the ordinary, as the M30 is based on Exynos 9610, and feature two variants, with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB + 128GB although it seems weird to pair the RAM and storage.

The exciting part happens in the back of the phone, with the cameras. It’s rumored to sport a 48MP camera, along with a 5MPdepth camera, and an 8MP wide camera. It’s not something that we usually see in the so-called budget phones.

There’s no indication about the launch date, but it might happen soon because Samsung already has a teaser in place.
