14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft launched Windows 11 with much fanfare earlier this week, and now device manufacturers around the clock can finally take the wraps off their new devices built with this operating system in mind.
Unsurprisingly given Windows 11 comes with several improvements for gamers, Razer is one of the biggest names to bet big on this new operating system, so the company today announced new Razer Book and Razer Blade 15 Advanced models coming pre-loaded with Microsoft’s latest product.
Razer Book features welcome upgrades, with power coming from the 11th Gen Intel Core processors paired with Intel Iris Xe graphics. The device also features 4K resolutions with touch input, because what’s a modern device running Windows 11 without touch, right?
The Razer Book is available from $999 in the United States, according to the official release (embedded below).
The all-new Razer Blade 15 Advanced, on the other hand, mixes impressive hardware specs, such as a display with 240Hz refresh rates, 100% DCI-P3 color space and NVIDIA Advanced Optimus and G-Sync, with the power of Windows 11, obviously in an attempt to make the gaming experience even more, well, advanced.
All-in on Windows 11
But in addition to these new devices coming with Windows 11 pre-loaded, Razer is also announcing that all its software and peripherals are already prepared for the operating system, so they are fully compatible and everything should be running flawlessly.
Furthermore, those who own a Razer laptop eligible for the move to Windows 11, such as the Razer Blade, will be allowed to upgrade and then be provided with fully compatible drivers for a seamless experience on the new operating system.
Keep in mind, however, that the Windows 11 rollout takes place in stages, so not everybody receives the new operating system on day one, with Microsoft promising to ship it to all eligible devices by the summer of 2022.
