Recently introduced in the United States and Europe, Sony’s new PlayStation Plus tiers have been making headlines with their lineups. What hasn’t changed at all is the classic tier that’s been available since before the overhaul of the service. Dubbed Essential, the cheapest PlayStation Plus tier continues to offer subscribers the same number of monthly games for the same price.

For those who haven’t spoiled themselves by reading the recent leaks concerning the PlayStation Plus games for July, here is the new lineup revealed today by Sony: Crash Bandicoot 4 – It’s About Time, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan, and Arcadegeddon.

Additionally, Sony announced players can now listen to PlayStation Plus monthly games-inspired playlist on Spotify, which will be refreshed with new songs every month.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, the latest entry in the popular series, offers players the option to play not just with our beloved marsupial duo, Crash and Coco, but also with the one and only Dr. Neo Cortex, just to experience things from different perspectives. Apart from that, players will also be able to control other iconic characters like Tawna and Dingodile. The game will be available for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles.

From the creators of Until Dawn and The Quarry, Supermassive, comes another cinematic horror experience: The Dark Pictures Anthology – Man of Medan. All playable characters can live or die, with choices players make deciding their fate. Only the PlayStation 4 version of the game will be offered for free.

Last but not least, Arcadegeddon is an ever-evolving co-op multiplayer shooter that offers a mix of PvE and PvP gameplay. It can accommodate up to 4 players online and features multiple biomes, mini games, hidden chests, and a crazy cast of enemies. Both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game will be offered for free.

All three games announced today will be available for download starting July 5. Also, don’t forget that you still have time until July to download the previous lineup of PS Plus games: God of War (2018), Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.
