After revealing its newly reformed PlayStation Plus subscription service coming to some regions in June, Sony has quietly removed the annual PlayStation Now offer because one of the new plans will include access to this specific service.

Sony announced last month that when the new PlayStation Plus service launches, PlayStation Now service will transition into the new PS Plus offering and will no longer be available as a standalone service. The good news is PlayStation Now customers will be migrated to the PlayStation Plus Premium tier with no increase to their current subscription fees at launch.

Of course, that doesn’t affect Sony’s monthly process of adding new games to the PlayStation Now library, it’s just that these will only be available for those who pay for the PlayStation Plus Premium service.

Anyway, this month’s PlayStation Now lineup is led by Outer Wilds, an indie gem that everyone should play. April’s lineup of PS Now titles is quite varied, which means regardless of what genre you favor, chances are they you’ll find something nice to play.

The next major title joining PS Now this month is WRC 10 FIA World Rally Championship, the perfect game choice for racing car game fans. Journey to the Savage Planet and Werewolf The Apocalypse – Earthblood complete the PS Now lineup of games for April.

As far as the timing goes, Sony announced that all four games revealed today will be available to play starting April 5. The Japanese giant didn’t mention when and if the games will be leaving PS Now, so your guess is just as good as ours.

We expect Sony to continue to add new games to its PS Now offering even after the new PlayStation Plus service becomes available in June. That means these announcements will continue to pop up on a monthly basis, so stick around for more news on PS Now.
