14 DAY TRIAL // The sequel to supernatural thriller Oxenfree has just been announced earlier today during Nintendo's Indie Direct. Although the game was confirmed to arrive on Nintendo Switch in 2021, it's safe to assume it will be available on other gaming platforms too.
In fact, Oxenfree II: Lost Signals has already been listed on Steam, so those who want to remain up to date with what's coming can wishlist the game right now. The game doesn't have an exact release date yet, but we can't be more excited that it's coming this year.

Oxenfree II: Lost Signals is set five years after the events in the original game, and features an all-new cast of characters. For those who haven't played the first title, this is a player-driven narrative game that promises to offer players an exciting and original story as they dive deeper into a paranormal mystery.
The sequel to Oxenfree follows the story of Riley, an environmental researcher who returns to her hometown to investigate mysterious radio frequency signals causing disturbances in electronic equipment throughout the town and discovers some ghostly happenings.
We know we already said the game doesn't have a release date yet, but the fine folks at Night School Studio stated that Oxenfree II: Lost Signals will certainly be available sometime this fall, so fingers crossed that it's coming sooner rather than later.
