Apple’s fall event is almost here, and in addition to the new-generation iPhone lineup, the company is also expected to announce the all-new Apple Watch Series 8.

All the rumors that have been swirling around the web lately suggested that the new Apple Watch would only come with subtle improvements over the current models, except for the Pro model that Apple will sell at a premium.

According to ShrimpApplePro, who has a mixed track on Apple scoops, the upcoming Apple Watch Series 8 will launch in the same 41 and 45mm models, with only the (PRODUCT)RED model to come with a different share. Otherwise, all colors would be nearly identical to the ones already on the market.

The launch will take place next month

The good news, according to the Apple tipster, is that no delay seems to be hitting the Apple Watch Series 8, so the new models should launch as expected next month, with the sales to also kick off in September.

“Yes, they are still 41-55mm [sic] confirmed If anyone still wondering. The red of (PRODUCT) RED is a new shade of red,” the leakster explains in a tweet.

“The seal box’s design is still the same, except they added more glue underneath Added more glue underneath the pull tab so when tearing that, will leave traces of glue, showing that have been opened. This will also apply for the iPhone boxes. Stock and stuff are going well, so I assuming there will be little to no shipping delay when order it. Contents in the box are still the same. As source described “little to no difference from the Series 7.”

Apple will announce the new Apple Watch Series 8 on September 7, and if the same schedule as before is used, then the new models should go on sale on September 16.
