Google announced the release of the new top-level domain .page available from Google's registry and some selected partners, with a pre-order period and Early Access deadline set to October 9, 2018.

Early Access registration is designed to allow you to register your .page domain before everyone else if you are willing to pay a higher price.

Moreover, Early Access prices will automatically decrease when getting closer to general availability for the .page domain, at 10 AM MDT (4 PM UTC) on October 9, 2018.

The new .page TLD is designed to make it as easy as possible to create a secure and minimalist web presence for almost any type of business and purpose.

"The .page TLD is a new opportunity for anyone to build an online presence. Whether you’re writing a blog, getting your business online, or promoting your latest project, .page makes it simple and more secure to get the word out about the unique things you do," says Ben Fried, Google VP, CIO, & Chief Domains Enthusiast.

.page comes with inbuilt security being a TLD enrolled in the HSTS preload list

.page comes with built-in security seeing that this top-level domain is included in the HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) preload list, a list of domains which can only be accessed over HTTPS, effectively requiring all connections to .page websites to be made over HTTPS without the need of individual HSTS registration or configuration.

Moreover, HSTS is a web security policy mechanism designed from the ground to help protect websites against cookie hijacking and protocol downgrade attacks.

The .page TLD has also been designed to give websites an extra amount of exposure by standing out among other members of the same industry.

If you want to get your own .page domain right now, you can go over to the official .page TLD website and pre-order it using one of the 16 different partner registrars, with two more additional partners available after general availability starts on October 9.
