14 DAY TRIAL // Nacon has just revealed a brand-new controller aimed at Xbox gamers, the RIG PRO Compact. At first glance, Nacon's new Xbox controller doesn't stand out from other similar products, but it's the insides that make it unique (at least for the time being).
The PRO Compact is the world's first Xbox controller to include Dolby Atmos support, an impressive achievement for the folks at RIG, a company that's been acquired by Nacon last year. For those who don't know, Dolby Atmos is a top-tier audio technology that immerses players in a more intense gaming experience that promises crystal clear sound and astounding realism.
More importantly, the controller offers players a wide range of customization options, as they will be able to create custom button maps, as well as change trigger sensitivity and control dead zones using the PRO Compact app for Xbox.

To redeem Dolby Atmos support on your PRO Compact, you'll have to download the Dolby Access app from the Windows Store on Xbox or Windows 10, plug in the controller via USB, and connect a headset to start enjoying the immersive audio experience.
As far as the price goes, Nacon announced that the PRO Compact will be available in-store in the United States at Best Buy on May 20 for $50. Customers will also be able to pre-order the controllers from GameStop, Walmart, and Target on May 5.
Last but not, it's important to mention that the PRO Compact is fully compatible with Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S and that it comes in two color options: black and white.
