The Surface Duo 256GB price drops to $791.99

Microsoft’s Surface Duo is a pretty innovative Android device, coming with a dual-screen form factor that people seem to love.

Despite the older-generation hardware, that is, as the Surface Duo launched as a high-end product that lacked the latest top mobile chip, using a previous version of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor for flagship devices.

But leaving all the shortcoming aside, the Surface Duo has so far been a pretty successful phone, despite Microsoft not necessarily going for the masses.

The device was originally available in the United States exclusively before the Redmond-based software giant eventually going live in a handful of other countries. And it still remains a device that’s pretty hard to get, though there’s hope that once the second generation comes out, Microsoft would allow more international customers to buy it.

Major price cut

But for the time being, Microsoft is still committed to making the Surface Duo a product you can’t say no to. As I said earlier, the Duo was launched as a high-end product, so needless to say, it came with a premium price as well.

This week, however, Microsoft has launched a discount that makes the Surface Duo substantially cheaper. Available exclusively at the Microsoft Store, the price cut is aimed at both the 128GB and 256GB versions of the Duo.

So right now, if you want to get the 128GB Surface Duo, it can be yours for just $741.99, down no less than $658 from the original price at the Microsoft Store. The 256GB version, on the other hand, comes with an even bigger discount, as the Duo is now sold for just $791.99, which means it’s getting a discount of no less than $708.

The price cut is available as long as supplies last, and Microsoft says it’ll be available until the end of this month, which means there’s enough time for everybody to get a Duo at an unbelievable price.
