Windows 11 has recently reached the broad availability stage, so theoretically, all eligible devices should now be able to download the operating system and install it without any concerns of major compatibility issues.

In the meantime, Microsoft is also preparing the debut of the very first major Windows 11 feature update, with more information on this very likely to be announced at the company’s Build developer conference.

In the meantime, Panos Panay, the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at the software giant, discussed the Windows 11 focus at Computex, explaining that everything the company does is created with quality in mind.

In other words, Windows 11 is all about the quality it offers to users, and Panay says people who install the operating system are pleased with what they find when starting using it on their devices.

“It has the highest quality scores. Here's the most important thing for our team, quality, quality, quality. People using it are finding the quality in the product, which has just been awesome. That also translates to product satisfaction. It is the highest product satisfaction of any version of Windows we've ever shipped. You kind of see that,” Panay said.

New Windows 11 feature update just around the corner

The next major Windows 11 feature update is expected to reach the final RTM phase at some point this month (if it hasn’t reached it already), with insiders obviously to be the first to get their hands on this final build.

The rollout to production devices will take place, just like in the case of the initial version of the operating system, in stages, as Microsoft wants to discover any potential bugs early and therefore prevent them from hitting a bigger number of devices.

This approach has worked like a charm so far, and this obviously contributes to the quality of Windows 11 as well.
