The base model, which come with an i5 chip, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, gets a discount of just $100, so it now costs $899, down from the original price of $999.

On the other hand, the 256 GB version in black can be yours for just $999, a significant discount from $1299. This is one of the best models to get right now given the price-to-value ratio.

Promo valid until July 28 in the US and Canada

The Intel Core i7 configuration come with price cuts as well. If you want to get the model that features 256 GB of storage and 8 GB RAM, this one costs $1,299, down from $1,599. The 16 GB RAM version paired with 512 GB storage is available for a limited time for $1,899, a major drop from $2,199.

Microsoft says these prices will be valid until July 28, obviously while supplies last. They are only offered to customers in the United States and Canada who purchase the Surface Laptop 2 from retail stores and Microsoft online stores. Shipping costs are not included in the discounts.

The Surface Laptop is Microsoft’s more conventional laptop, as it doesn’t feature a 2-in-1 form factor with a removable screen. On the other hand, it sticks with other signature Microsoft Surface features, such as touch and support for a pen, while also boasting other exquisite touches like an Alcantara keyboard.
