Now, it looks like the final ISO images of Linux Mint 19.2 were pushed to the main download server, so you can grab them right now and install the operating system on your personal computer if you don't want to wait for the official announcement later this week.
This happens every time before the official launch of a new major Linux Mint version as it takes time for all download mirrors to upload the new ISO images on their servers. This also means these ISO images are the same as the final release. Linux Mint 19.2 "Tina" ISOs are available for both 64-bit and 32-bit computers.
