Lenovo has just launched the Tab P11, the company’s latest Android tablet whose purpose is to address these crazy times when so many people have to work remotely.

Specifically built with this target in mind, the new tablet features an 11-inch touchscreen LCD display with 2K resolution and 400 nits brightness. It integrates Eye Care technology to reduce eye strain and is powered by a Snapdragon 662 mobile processor with LTE and paired with 6GB RAM.

Lenovo says the tablet could provide up to 15 hours of battery life, though these numbers have been determined with music playback tests and not with remote working activities.

It comes preloaded with a series of productivity apps, such as Microsoft Office apps, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.

Affordable tablet

But what sets its apart from the rest of the conventional tablets is the support for keyboards, pens, and the integrated kickstand.

“The Lenovo Tab P11 is great for getting more done at home with the optional, ultra-thin Keyboard Pack with built-in trackpad that just snaps into place when you need to fire off an email before lunch. The magnetic stand cover and integrated kickstand prop up the tablet to resemble a slim detachable,” the parent company explains.

“The intuitive Lenovo Precision Pen 2 is capable of sensing tilt and your subtle pressure adjustments for a smoother digital writing and doodling experience. With a long battery life up to 200 hours24 with a battery capacity of 60mAh, and USB Type-C plug for charging, this optional pen stands ready for when inspiration strikes.”

Just as expected, the P11 also supports a series of other accessories, including the Lenovo Smart Charging Station 2.

The new device is already available today, and as said, the goal was to make it as affordable as possible, so it comes with a price tag of just $229.99.
