Getting an iPhone 14 Pro is as easy as it’s supposed to be

Since the launch of the iPhone 14 series back in September, getting a Pro model proved to be extremely difficult, as Apple encountered massive supply issues, particularly due to problems in China.

At some point, the waiting times for a new iPhone 14 Pro reached ridiculous levels, with some customers forced to wait up to one month to get the device.

But according to a recent report, the iPhone 14 Pro availability is improving, and in the United States, everything is finally back to normal. In other words, you can now go to the nearest Apple Store and get an iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max without further waiting any longer.

Apple itself acknowledged the supply problems

Apple acknowledged the supply issues in early November, telling customers that getting a new iPhone 14 Pro before Christmas was a lot more difficult due to the restrictions that impacted its suppliers in China.

“COVID-19 restrictions have temporarily impacted the primary iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max assembly facility located in Zhengzhou, China. The facility is currently operating at significantly reduced capacity. As we have done throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we are prioritizing the health and safety of the workers in our supply chain,” the company said at that point.

While no further specifics were provided as to when Apple expected the production of the Pro models to return to normal, the company admitted that longer waiting times would hit both versions in the lineup.

“We continue to see strong demand for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models. However, we now expect lower iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max shipments than we previously anticipated and customers will experience longer wait times to receive their new products,” Apple said.
