iPhone 13 obviously comes with massive improvements under the hood, but one of the most noticeable changes is the addition of a 1TB option available exclusively on the Pro models.

There’s one problem for those hoping to get such much storage on their iPhones: a Pro Max with 1TB comes with a record price, as you’d have to spend no less than $1,599 for such a configuration.

The cheapest iPhone will continue to be the iPhone SE, as it starts at $399, while the iPhone 11 will be discounted from $599 to $499. Furthermore, the iPhone 12 mini will continue to be offered, this time down from $699 to $599, while the iPhone 12 will cost $699.

iPhone 13 mini starts at $699, while the regular iPhone 13 will be available from $799. The Pro will begin at $999, and those who want the Max will have to spend at least $1,099 for it.

Trade-in programs

“iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max also include 5G with more bands for better coverage, big improvements to battery life for the best battery life ever on iPhone with iPhone 13 Pro Max, new storage capacity of 1TB, and the Ceramic Shield front cover, tougher than any smartphone glass,” Apple said as part of the official announcement.

“iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will be available in graphite, gold, silver, and sierra blue in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and all-new 1TB storage options.”

Apple will also offer some trade-in programs for those who want to get rid of their older phones, and it goes without saying that newer models would have a higher value towards the purchase of an iPhone 13, though it remains to be seen how many iPhone 12 owners see this as a worthy upgrade.
