14 DAY TRIAL // Leaked screenshots of Apple's upcoming iOS 13 mobile operating system for iPhone and iPad devices have been revealed today by the 9to5mac website, showing us the long-anticipated system-wide dark mode and other improvements.
The 9to5mac website published today exclusive screenshots of Apple's upcoming iOS 13 mobile operating system that show a dark mode for the home screen and several apps. The Dark Mode will be integrated in iOS 13 and future versions and can be enabled in Settings or through Control Center.
According to 9to5Mac's Guilherme Rambo, the home screen dock in iOS 13 will also be darken when the new Dark Mode is enabled. As you know, the Control Centre is already dark by default, but we expect the Settings app and other parts of the operating system to have a pleasing dark style that should also save battery life.
iOS 13 will be available for testing on June 3rd
The leaked iOS 13 screenshots also show a revamped Reminders app for iPhone and iPad, as well as for Mac, available starting with macOS 10.15, which will be unveiled on June 3rd, alongside iOS 13, tvOS 13, and watchOS 6. Also revamped is the Find My iPhone app, which has been renamed to just Find My.
iOS 13 will be the next major version of Apple's operating system for iPhone and iPad devices, expected to be unveiled in a live keynote during the upcoming WWDC (Worldwide Developer Conference) 2019 event next week, when the first beta versions will be ready for testing.
Until then, Apple is working on the iOS 12.4, macOS Mojave 10.14.6, tvOS 12.4, and watchOS 5.3 releases, which are getting new beta versions today for developers and public beta testers. We'll keep you updated with more news on this front as we get it, so stay tuned.
