You can use three fingers to swipe up (and away) three apps at a time

An iOS 7 tester has discovered that the new Multitasking function implemented by Apple supports multi-finger flicking to close several apps at a time.

Discovered by Andrew C. and relayed to the folks at Cult of Mac, the feature is extremely useful if, for instance, you’re in a hurry and need to cleanse that app-switcher tray to save power, cellular usage, etc.

Simply double click the Home button, and swipe once to the left to get three closable apps (since the Home screen will always stay on), and flick three fingers upwards. In a fraction of a second, you’ve ended not one, not two, but three processes. Cool, huh?

iOS 7 is currently in beta and is scheduled to ship (alongside some new iPhones and iPads) this fall. The software will most likely be free to everyone.
