Samsung has finally unveiled its new iPhone rival, with the Galaxy S22 lineup already available for pre-order following the company’s Unpacked event.

The Galaxy S22 lineup comprises three different models, namely the standard S22, the S22+, and the S22 Ultra.

The star of the show is obviously the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which comes with a larger screen and upgraded specs, as well as with an integrated S Pen, just like the good-old Note.

However, those who want to buy a cheaper S22 can stick with the standard model or, if they want a larger screen, with the S22+.

Here is how much the Galaxy S22 is going to cost in the United States:

  • Galaxy S22 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage - $799
  • Galaxy S22 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage - $799 (as part of a special launch offer)
  • Galaxy S22+ with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage - $999
  • Galaxy S22+ with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage - $999 (as part of a special launch offer)
  • Galaxy S22 Ultra with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage - $1,199
  • Galaxy S22 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage – $1,199 (as part of a special launch offer)
  • Galaxy S22 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage – $1,129
  • Galaxy S22 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 1TB storage - $1,599

Samsung won’t start shipping all Galaxy S22 model at the same time, as the company needs more time to deal with the component shortage that’s hitting the entire planet.

In other words, if you want to get an S22 as fast as possible, you need to order the Ultra because this one is scheduled to start shipping on February 25. The standard S22 and the S22+ will become available on March 11 for customers who already pre-ordered them.
