14 DAY TRIAL // MythicOwl, the indie developer behind popular puzzlers like Hexologic, Trancelation and One Line Coloring, is back with yet another adventure puzzle, Harmony's Odyssey, which will be coming to Nintendo Switch and PC sometime in 2021.
Just like Hexologic, Harmony’s Odyssey is a colorful, vibrant puzzle game where the modern world mingles with mythology and comedy. The world created by MythicOwl is absolutely gorgeous, although it is inhabited by mythological creatures. Players will meet cyclopses that can’t take their eye off their smartphones, furious Minotaurs that drive to work, and mermaids that relax in the comfort of their suburban garden swimming pools.
In Harmony's Odyssey, players will embark on a fantastic quest through remote fabled lands, aiming to restore peace to realms full of tangled puzzles created by a rowdy cat. The game takes players through various landscapes as they step into the shoes of Harmony, a young, fierce wizard coming from a peaceful forest hut near the city Olympus, who ventures out on a quest to find her envious cat, who stole her magic wand.
Harmony's Odyssey features 3D tile-based gameplay with interactive puzzles. Players will get to visit seven distinctive worlds filled with life and myths throughout their playthroughs. We've already mentioned the gorgeous, eye-candy graphics, but the developer also promises a climatic soundtrack to go with the delightful world of Harmony's Odyssey.
To reach the main goal of the game, players must solve engaging, thoughtful riddles, while going through a story that mixes mythological and contemporary themes full of comedy and drama.
Although Harmony's Odyssey doesn't have an exact release date, PC players can already wishlist the game on Steam. Both versions, Windows PC and Nintendo Switch, are expected to be released at the same time, but we'll let you know about Harmony's Odyssey's launch once we get more details, so stay tuned.
