Dell joined the Computex 2019 show to take the wraps off a significantly improved XPS lineup that includes a new 15.6-inch model with an OLED screen.

First and foremost, there’s a new XPS 13 2-in-1 that comes with Intel’s 10th Gen Intel Core processors, which have also been announced today at Computex.

While specifics on the chip configuration haven’t been provided, Dell says it focused on more than just the processor to boost performance, so the new device comes is 8% thinner, but at the same time, features a reengineered thermal design to cool the chip.

The rest of the specs include a webcam integrated into the top bezel, which is now even smaller to let users make the most of the 4K Infinity Edge screen available on the top configuration, up to 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage, as well as two Thunderbolt 3 ports.

The new XPS 13 will run Windows 10 Home and will go on sale later this year, with pricing to start at $999.

New XPS 15

The star of the show, however, is the new Dell XPS 15 with an OLED screen. This is the first time the XPS line comes with such a display, which uses Dolby Vision to deliver what Dell says are “highlights up to 40 times brighter and blacks up to 10 times darker.”

The UltraSharp 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) InfinityEdge 15.6-inch display also features touch support.

This configuration includes 9th Gen Intel processors, including the Intel Core i9, and the top-of-the-range version is equipped with 64GB RAM and 2TB storage.

Like the XPS 13, pricing will start at $999 if you choose the standard 1080p display, but on the other hand, if you want the best of the best and pick the OLED configuration, the most affordable version here costs $1899.
