14 DAY TRIAL // Awaken Realms, the folks behind Kickstarter hits such as This War of Mine: The Board Game, Lords of Hellas, Nemesis, Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon, and Etherfields, has just revealed that their next video game, Tainted Grail: Conquest will exit Steam Early Access on May 27.

As the title says, Tainted Grail: Conquest is a dark roguelike RPG that uses card mechanics. For those unaware, the game is based on the deep and immersive universe from Awaken Realms’ board game Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon, and promises to offer a unique blend of narrative-driven RPG and deck-building roguelike.
In Tainted Grail: Conquest, players will explore an ever-changing map set on the cursed island of Avalon, where they will fight waves of deadly enemies while unlocking the mysteries of this dark fantasy world.
More importantly, the game features deep character customization across six distinctive classes and dozens of skills, runestones, and items at your disposal, no playthrough is ever the same. If that doesn't seem enough for you, know that Awaken Realms plans to introduce an additional three classes at launch.
The final major early access update that went live today added tons of new in-game content and a massive visual overhaul. Currently, the game should have over 340 passive skills, 460 cards, and 50 masteries to enhance various abilities.
Those who've already played through the early access version of the game will be happy to know that the latest patch brings new story content which revamps the narrative and adds new bosses, quests, locations, and NPCs. Also, we expect the final version of the game to include even more polishing optimization and bug fixes.
