Launch Good Lock modules without any restriction in place

Good Lock is an application that provides Samsung users with the level of customization everyone should have from the get-go, and yet, the South Korean firm decided to restrict it to specific regions.

In other words, if you don’t live in the United States, the UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and South Korea, you can’t download and run Good Lock on your device. Unless you turn to more complex tricks, that is, but even so, it’s hard to understand why Good Lock isn’t available for everyone in the first place.

Meanwhile, an application called Nice Lock makes things more straightforward for everyone, as it acts like a launcher for Good Lock modules.

In other words, it replaces the main Good Lock app, so you can run the customizations even if you live in a region that’s not supported by Samsung. What’s important to know, however, is that you still need to download and install the Good Lock components before running Nice Lock.

Ad-free version also available

The app also comes with a bunch of extra goodies, including update tracker to let you know when new versions of Good Lock modules are available for download.

Nice Lock uses a cloud database to check for Good Lock updates, while also sending push notifications when module updates are available.

“NiceLock does not download or install anything. It acts as a launcher/activity manager for already installed customization modules. NiceLock provides easy access to all of the modules in one place. Therefore, you can hide the clutter and launch them from a single app,” the description of the app clearly states.

You can download the freeware version of Nice Lock using this link, and if you’re looking for the ad-supported sibling, it’s available in the Google Play Store here. The projected in maintained on XDA here.
